Hello everyone I hope you are all having a great weekend!! I just got back from the Palm Beach Pro Figure and Fitness ... it was awesome and I loved it there. Besides seeing the ladies in great shape and all their hard work paying off I had fun as well, it even included my 23rd birthday on October 14th!

Team FigureRX is going really well, we have an incredible group of athletes on the team and I am helping to design our clothing so we will be *really* noticeable at the NPC national events next year!! We will probably be expanding the team early next year and we will be launching new areas of the web site over the holidays. I had my first journalism gig while in Palm Beach, interviewing all the pro athletes, and expect to be doing it again at the Kentucky Muscle Pro in a few weeks. Wow, we will get to see Elaine Goodlad on stage in Kentucky!! Make sure you check out the video of me interviewing the girls after finals in PB. I'm happy for everyone who placed well, I think all the competitors looked great, and the fitness routines were awesome. I give props to Hollie, after falling off the stage, and getting back up, she looked calm and poised and her routine was nailed to the "T." I loved Julie Lohre's routine and I really wish she had placed first but Palmer's routine was enjoyable and flawless as well.

As for figure, I knew Gina had it in the bag, she looked perfect, and not too much. I really think Paola looked her best ever! And she is the sweetest girl I know, good work girl! I can't wait to be on stage next to you again one day! You're the best! I'm so glad that you qualified for the Olympia like I knew that you would. I also want to give Heather Green a shout out because she held her own and really deserved a better placing in my eyes, she looked beautiful. Tivisay you are beautiful and what a debut, and Natalie and Claire great to meet you and what great packages you bring to the stage. Michelle we will be pulling hard for you in Sacramento. And Brandie, so great to see a fellow Tampa girl as emcee you looked stunning and you did a wonderful job. The top five girls all looked incredible, and so did the other figure athletes. I'm glad I was there to see it all.
My training is going well, and so is my dieting, and I'm glad to be ahead of the game for next year, no last minute prep, and will be back on stage in May looking better than ever.
To all my friends and fans, I am very happy and positive about what I will have going in the near future. My baby girl Layla says woof woof to everyone she has been a really good girl like always. I want to thank my Dad and my family for really being there for me over the past couple of months, I could not have come through everything that I have without your help and now things are better than ever!! Also my whole entire team especially Jamie and Allison and Stephen (pic below) for being patient with me as I battled my injury during the last half of this season, thanks for having faith and so much patience. There will be a new webcam launch on my site along with the chat area at FigureRX so be sure to check me out in both places. My fantasy football team has only one loss (hee hee) but this is a tough week with LaDanian not playing so root for my QB McNabb, my TB Bucs Joey Galloway and the new running back who replaced Cadillac and also the Patriots defense!! Yay! It was sad to see our home town USF Bulls lose but the run for the national championship was fun while it lasted.
Keep enjoying the weekend, go sign up for FigureRX and my web site so you can chat with me at both places and post in my back stage area!!

Love and hugs,
Dani

Hello friends and fans!

It has been a rough past couple of months, and I'm sure everyone has been wondering where I have been. It's tough to be missing the North Americans this weekend, it sucks I really love that show, but I tore my MCL recently. Good luck to all the girls who competed, especially my sisters in D-class, everyone looked great and obviously worked very hard.

I am in good spirits and I am dieting and training harder than ever now so I can get my butt back in top level gear. Plus I always feel better when I diet along with my hard training during the off-season. I don't expect to compete again until May 2008 but I am not really taking an off-season since this past year I wasn't 150%. :) However, with all the troubles that I have endured I have learned a lot and I'm very thankful for the people close to me who stood by my side and had my back. And thank you so much to my fans for your generous e-mails and love and support.

I have posted a few photos of me today with my little sister and brother, at my Dad's house, and my sponsors are putting a few new beach photos up on the FigureRX web site. If you haven't been to FigureRX.com please check it out, it is developing into what we hope will be the biggest figure and fitness portal on the web and they just completed some slam dunk coverage of the North Americans. You can also talk to me there on my personal backstage forum, just click on my name in the navigational bar on the left.

I will be starting web cam again next week (thanks James for leaving me up as the feature performer) so I hope to see all my friends and fans on there.

God bless and love always,
Dani

Hi all! I hope that everyone is having a good couple of weeks after Memorial Day. I especially hope that everyone supported our troops and I want to thank all our men and women who are fighting for us over in Iraq and let them know that we are all waiting for them to come home safely. And as always they are in my prayers daily.

Here are some new things this week, some childhood pictures of me growing up .... there are some more of me and my family going up in my personal gallery on my web site .... hee hee I know some of the hairdo's are kinda silly, but hey I was a little girl. :)

I am less than two weeks from my next show in Chicago!! The prep has been going well I'm focused in spite of a few distractions at home ... nothing that I can't overcome though. I have several huge shoots scheduled in Chicago including my first joint shoots with some of the other athletes of FigureRX.com. I can't wait for the show I am very excited!

I want *everyone* to stop by and chat with me this week at FTUltra Cams (http://www.ftultracam.com/)!! I will be on there three times on Wednesday at 11am, 5pm and 8pm, so look for me under my screen name DaniFitness21 and keep an eye on the web cam page of my website for my full schedule ... see you and talk to you soon!

Love Always,
Dani

Well everyone, where do I start ... Whew, well there were a few sucky days after the show in Charleston, but it actually was a huge eye opener!! I was told by sooo many people to come in softer, and don't flex my legs! .... I guess that was the look that they wanted. But in reality no .... So now without telling all my tricks or giving away all my top gun secrets, I'm just going to say that the way I usually looked last year is how I will be at Junior Nationals in Chicago, with a little more lean mass. Well similar to last year but even more diced and shredded, just from eating clean and training my butt off and cardio two times a day. It's the way that I've always felt best coming in ... but it's going to be different because I'm going to come in the absolute best that I can do and make my team proud.

I have wonderful people supporting me and I have a lot of people that I'm thankful for. First my family for loving me and caring so much about me. My trainer and sponsor/friend who have both helped me sooo incredibly much and stuck through my side through thick and thin. I am so blessed by God and I thank him everyday for surrounding me with such wonderful people and I pray that in this coming show I can make everyone proud especially my team.

There are a few things to bring up .... I had my first webcam at Figurecams.com last week and it was a big success, thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello! And for all the diet and training questions that surprised me! I will be doing more webcams soon, both at Figurecams and FTVideo, with a couple of sessions next week so be sure to check my web site for the schedule and sign up, come and see me and talk to me! I'd love to see all my fans and talk, it's so much fun :).

And if you haven't seen it already, here is a little video that we put together showing me at the Junior USA's, both on stage and behind the scenes. It's a small sampler of several videos now available in my VIP area.

Finally, remember to vote for me for Miss Muscle Up via the link to the right!!

Well everyone have a great weekend, I'll keep you updated the next few days I will also send some pics, it's a surprise though so make sure you check back before the weekend is over.

Love Always,
Danielle

Hello friends!

Things have been hectic since I returned from the Junior USA's super late on Monday night but I hope to update all of you soon. My puppers Layla got sick at the kennel while I was away, as she usually does because she misses me!! Things are almost back to normal after a little bit of a break, I spent a lot of time with family, but soon it will be back to intense preparation for Junior Nationals. I am going to come in with my signature hardness and conditioning in Chicago so get ready!! I have attached a photo from the Junior USA's so you can see my new one piece and my look at the show, it's blurry my trainer is excited to see me on stage and his hand shakes hee hee. I want to thank my trainer Nejim for his guidance for this show, he is truly the one who got me ready to step on stage at Juniors!! There are more professional pictures to come later and I welcome all of your comments by e-mail or on my VIP forum.

There will be a very special video update coming soon to my web site VIP area, behind the scenes at my last contest, I know you will enjoy it. If you haven't yet you can see some preview videos on YouTube just search for my name.

Hi everyone! I know it has been a while since I updated you so I have so much to say and I will catch up gradually over the next few days. I need to tell you about the Arnold Classic and some incredible photo shoots that I have had recently, and even some catch-up from Pasadena as well as some upcoming adventures and opportunities.

About ten days ago I had my first ever beach sunrise shoot with Michael Palmer (http://www.michaelpalmer.com/), during his annual trip from England. The shoot was in Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Ocean side, it was the night we lost an hour of sleep too!! I want to thank my makeup artist and hair stylist, Jessica Barton, for basically taking over everything that day, from commandeering a room key and waking me up at 5am and touching me up on site, and helping me untangle the teeny weeny bikinis and even showing me how to get my hair wet in the ocean without freezing!! Jessica is a model too and was recently featured in American Curves so she knows both sides. Anyone who needs really amazing makeup in central Florida check out her myspace page and get in touch with her (www.myspace.com/supragrl93). A couple of sample pictures are attached so enjoy and please let me know what you think.

Look for several updates this week and next week as I catch up .... I am dieting and training super hard right now for the Junior USA championships in Charleston on April 28th and I know that everyone will be pleased with the results! Please keep your words of encouragement coming my way and I'll talk to you soon!

Love,
Danielle

Well this is it, my last post before the Arnold!! We are leaving tomorrow for Ohio and I am feeling pretty good given the dieting circumstances .... running around doing last minute errands ... suit adjustments, new pumps, hair extensions, taking puppers to her temporary home ... and still doing that cardio too! You can check out my last set of progress photos on my contest prep page here: http://www.daniellerouleau.com/contest.htm

Also if you are at the Arnold pick up one of the goodie bags at Optimum Nutrition / ABB and you will get the brand new flyer for the first Danielle Rouleau Fitness Classic, to be held in Cleveland as part of Healthy Lifestyle Weekend in June. (more to come later) Finally I know that I am overdue for posting some of my pictures from the Ironman photo shoots (Femflex and Physique Modeling) so here they are. I will update everyone when I get back from Ohio, wish me luck!
Love,
Danielle

Hello all my great fans!! How are things going? I want to thank everyone for visiting my site and all the new members signing up for VIP, thank you! We are adding web cam and you can see and chat with me and see my progress for the Arnold pretty much on a daily basis. Dieting is going well as can check out in my Arnold prep diary (link http://www.daniellerouleau.com/contest.htm) and I have a lot of busy stuff coming up and a lot of photo shoots that I am preparing myself for as well. I am so excited for this year, and I'm excited to be starting it off with the Arnold and it's a great motivational push to help me get even better and hopefully go pro this year!!

I had a crazy adventure last night, even though it scared me to death and it's a dog owner's worst nightmare. Well my Boxer she has a prissy mind of her own and she decided to jet out my front door and be a little sneaky girl and run over a mile away into the woods. I was crying, it was rainy and muddy and not to mention about midnight! So my roommate/trainer and I were searching for about an hour until we see a dog running happily down the road like she's clueless. It was a great feeling to see her even though she was a mess and covered in mud and dirt from the woods. Ugh what a disaster! But I'm so happy that my baby girl is at home next to my bed all snuggled up, and time for her to go to sleep. She did get a whittle pow pow though because she knows better!

Well, that's the adventure I had today, and it took a lot out of me especially cuz I am dieting ....

I hope to hear from all of you as the contest date gets closer! I answer my fan mail personally anytime that I can so please feel free to jot a line, ask a question, or just to say hola! Thank you for everyone's love and continued support and I hope to see some of you soon .... maybe at a show like the Arnold, or at the Ironman in Pasadena this upcoming weekend. Here are some recent workout photos from 2-3 weeks ago, I'm much tighter now so keep checking my Arnold prep journal for progress pics!!

Take care, love and prayers,
Dani

Hello everyone I hope you all enjoyed your New Year's celebrations and are on your way to following your New Year's resolutions. I hope that everyone's holidays brought you what you wanted! I had a lot of fun vacationing in Ohio with my fiancé's family, but since I've been home it has really been crunch time and doing two-a-days for cardio and that's on top of my weight training of course, but it's great. I'm sooo excited!!

I wanted to let everyone know how thankful I am for all of your love and support, and make sure you check my website often because I'm adding web cam soon and constantly adding new photos and video clips. Thank you to all my fans for your letters of encouragement and I'm grateful to have such loyal fans. So make sure you stay tuned, here are some pictures from recent updates on my site and with friends from over the holidays, and one extra that shows my silly personality on tanning day!! I hope everyone enjoys.

Love,
Dani
